Thank you for your interest in Celtic Connexions. I set up as a sole trader under the Celtic Connections pseudonym in 2006 and still remain a sole trader to this day. I was working for the Cornish Lime Company for 10 years doing all of their welding and R&D work (Research and Development) and taking care of their plant and machinery. During this time the company also put me through my City and Guilds in Leadwork. Prior to this I worked for another welding company for several years. After making gates and railings for friends and family I came to the realization that there was a gap in the local market and with that Celtic Connexions was formed. I started off doing gates and railings under the business which soon progressed to balconies and staircases; taking on larger contracts and all other forms of fabrication work.
